Every week I usually cook a whole chicken. They are cheap and on sale most weeks! Until recently I had cooked it in a roasting pan which was a dreadful clean up. This year I received the STAUB roaster for Christmas. It is such a great thing! Much less mess and a much better bird. The best part is we get to eat all of the chicken now, unlike in a traditional pan the side down is not yucky!
if yours is big enough like the one i have add some veggies around the bird and it's a whole meal one night plus the leftovers.
